***Microwaveable Brownie Recipe (NO

FLOUR/SUGAR)***

Ingredients:
-1 scoop (25-30gr) Chocolate or Vanilla Whey Isolate
-2 tbsp ground flaxseeds
-1 tsp baking powder
-3 tbsp Frys Cocoa
-1/8 tsp Stevia Extract or 1 enveloppe Pure-Via Stevia
-1 Omega Egg
-250-350mls water
-Cinnamon/Nutmeg (OPTIONAL)

Mix all ingredients VERY WELL in a medium sized microwaveable mug. Keep mixing until all ingredients are well mixed... Microwave on Med-High for 5-8 minutes until fully cooked. You can remove the Brownie form the mug and slice it, serve on a plate and top with 1 tsp E.D.Smith sugar-free syrup and a few chopped pecans(Opt.)

FOR THOSE OF YOU THAT HATE MICROWAVES, YOU CAN ALSO BAKE THIS YUMMY HEALTHY TREAT IN A 350degrees F. OVEN SETTING FOR 10-15MINUTES... ENJOY:))




***Eggs & Tuna Omelet (Makes 2 Servings)***

Ingredients:

-8 Eggwhites
-2 Whole Omega Eggs
-1 can Albacore Tuna
-1/4 cup Flax-meal (Ground Flaxseeds)
-Pinch of cayenne pepper and paprika/blk pepper
-1-2 teaspoons olive oil

Directions: Combine all ingredients in a magic bullet/blender or food processor and BLEND!!! 
Add olive oil to a heated frying pan and pour the egg/tuna mix. Cook on medium heat setting with a plate placed on top of the frying pan to speed up cooking process. Place the frying pan in a pre-heated oven at a 450-500degrees BROIL setting for 5-7 minutes or until the omelette turns light golden brown. Serve and ENJOY.



***Lean-Out/Energy Wake-Up Shake Recipe!*** 
Ingredients:
-1scoop Whey isolate
-1 tbsp. Ground flaxseeds
-1 tbsp. Coconut Oil
-1 scoop Greens Plus
-1 tsp. fry's cocoa (optional - very high in antioxidants/flavonoids, fiber & zero sugar)
-3/4 cup Berries (i like blackberries/blueberries- FULL of antioxidants & taste great!)
-400mls water & Ice cubes

BLEND all ingredients until smooth... ENJOY :))
